Dear doctor 1.me is 68 yrs. Old. Male. 2.for the last 7-10 days developed pain while urinating with weak urine flow and voiding is also not complete. 3.got usg, urine routine/deposit and culture, uroflowmetry, blood test of creatinine, cbc, hb1ac done 4.as per usg report moderate prostatomegaly with post void 57 ml and provide 271 ml. Avg. Weight 39gm. Urinary bladder is distended with normal wall thickness. No calculus or mass seen within lumen. Rest parameter is ok. Ureters not seen dilated. 5.hb1ac is 5.2%. Creatinine-1.18 and cbc parameters are all ok where platelet is 146000. 6.as per urine culture no growth found. As per routine urine test all the parameters are ok. 7.as per uroflowmetry report max flow rate 13 ml/sec and avg flow rate 4.7 ml/sec with voided vol. 426 ml. Request you to pls. Suggest the appropriate course of treatment. Regards s k majumdar.
