I was consuming femilon tablet as contraceptive, however I gained almost 6 kgs in 3 months, is there any alternative pill which would not affect weight?

You can try yasmin tablets. Or krimson 35 tablets. But usually femilon doesn't cause weight gain. So rule out any other causes of weight gain before switching over.

you can go for iud ( copper T) insertion,it's a nonhormonal method ,is a one time method . and contraceptive efficacy is very good. has to be inserted on 5-9 th day of cycle . can be inserted for 3or 5 or 10 yrs . once the duration is over you need to get it removed . if you want you can remove it earlier
