She is pregnant and it is second trimester started. I am planning to give trimacare-2 as pre natal vitamins by plus plus life sciences. Is this pre natal vitamin is safe or not to take. Also I want to know about protein powder of which brand is safe which contains only protein because in addition of vitamins some vitamins may be dangerous in excess amount.

It is important to know the names and doses of all ingredients in trimacare-2 so best is to take the label of contents to your obstetrician and ask. Protein I prefer is of nutrilite but you can ask your obstetrician about same also.
