I am taking tryptomer 25 mg since the day of taking glycerol injection for the treatment of trigimylgia of left side face in 2017. I couldn't sleep properly without taking tryptomer on daily basis. But I want to know about the side effects of tryptomer while I am taking blood thinner acitrom 3 mg daily. I am a habit of over thinking and sever anger problem. Pls suggest me best medicine.

Hi, I wish I could help you by giving some suggestions. Overthinking, insomnia and severe anger issues are all rooted deeply and need to be worked upon. In all three of them - psychotherapy and counselling along with relaxation exercises, a good sleep hygiene and efforts to work on yourself will matter greatly. Counselling along with medication do wonders and helps in removing the dependency on drugs slowly. If there is a full acceptance of these issues, counselling will help you tremendously. Apart from this, please work on your overall lifestyle balance and make a note if there is something which triggers these issues.
