My vitamin b12 level is 260 pg/ml. My doctor prescribed 1500 mcg (methylcobalamin) vitamin b12 dietary supplement for 3 months (daily one) I am also taking isotretinoin, I am at end of my course only 2 months left will taking vitamin b12 supplement aggregates acne again? Is my vb12 low can I increase with food (i am vegetarian) shall I take nutritional yeast instead of vb12 tablets I am scared taking tablets will again give me acne. I had taken vb12 injections year back and got acne at the same time for which I am taking isotretinoin.
