I?m 16 dpo. I've been on ovulation monitoring and given 10000 iu of ovulation induction. Now i'm on duphaston 10 mg for 20 days since 7dpo. I have no symptoms other than fatigue. I get extremely tired by night and sleep more than 9 hrs. I started getting cramps and thigh pains from 10dpo. When should I test for upt?

If you have already skipped your period you can go ahead to do and urine pregnancy test but if you want to know more accurate you should do a blood test called serum beta hcg.

Some women may not develop the early symptoms of pregnancy. As 2 weeks are over, do a urine pregnancy test. If negative, consult your specialist for an ultrasound.
