I am 22 year old, and i'm addicted to take termin on regular basis and also inject 7 ml to 8 ml per day of termin and now I want stop taking termin but the main issue is if I am inject termin so I feel very week and if not inject the termin and than sleeping hours maximum 18 hrs continue. And now I want to stop taking termin but instead not taking termin ,i feel very weakness nd sleepy instead of it I want to feel some energetic active. So I want help who to avoid termin and what should I do to feel energetic active.

Dear lybrate-user, congratulations for planning to stop termin injection. It is little difficult to stop termin injections suddenly. It has to be done with gradual reduction under careful monitoring. Please get admitted to a hospital or deaddiction centre for 2-3 weeks. Later you can plan active life without termin. I don't know why you started termin and who prescribed it for you initially. If it is for oversleeping or body image issues, you have to find out the cause and treat it. Many persons dependent on termin have other psychiatric problem. However you need to be on long term follow up with an addiction specialist to prevent relapses/shifting to other substances.
