I got an anal fissure a month back. Since then I am taking lactihep 30 ml a day and lactifiber once spoon at night. Also using diltigesic gel everyday thrice a day. Am a sports person I play tennis regularly. I have increased fibre in my diet and having 3 litres of water. The fissure seems slightly better as the pain during bowel movement has reduced though pain after is there. Also got a small growth (pimple size) near the anus opening. Its not painful. My q's 1. Is it ok to use lactifiber and lactihep for so long? 2. Is this growth near the anus anything to worry? 3. How long will it take me to heal thank you.
