Hi Swati Low energy and gaseous feeling is common while practising intermittent fasting. The gut has no food, and fill with gas. The solution is to drink loads of water, green tea, also buttermilk with salt. This is during fast periods. This will reduce the tiredness and gas issues. Do send personal query for further clarifications.
