Hello Dr. sahb I have tonsillitis and patches in throat from approx 1 week. I had already taken azithro 500 mg and continue doing normal saline gargles I have also cold with sinusitis from same time and after 3 days of using azithro or anticold. I was prescribed for injection amikacin 4th day and antibiotic cefixime+ofloxacin bd for next 3 days but there is no improvement in my condition. Please suggests me right treatment Dr. sahb.

Please consult your nearby ent specialist at the earliest and do the same as told. After that your drug therapy can be started. Sincerely.
