You should take tranexemic tablets for 3-5 days and should visit your gynaecologist. May be you have started on loette tablets for irregular cycles. The bleeding you are having is withdrawal bleeding. If you had this bleeding after stopping loette tablets then you should restart it along with tranexemic acid tablets. Stop tranexemic tablets once your bleeding stops but continue taking loette for 21 days otherwise you will again start bleeding.
