Recently go knee x-ray done for my mother ap & lateral. Report ? bones visualized show osteopenia. ? knee joint space is reduced in especially in medial compartment. ? marginal osteophytes are seen in femoral and tibial condyle. ? bilateral patella-femoral joint space is reduced with superior patellar baking. ? tibial spine beating is seen. ? no evidence of soft tissue abnormality seen. Impression: bilateral severe knee joint osteoarthritis with osteopenia. Need suggestion and feedback to proceed way forward. She has been taking homeo for knee pain.
