I'm 4 months pregnant my cervical length is 2.5 cm doctor suggested for stitches but I have anterior low placenta. Is it possible for stitches and I have retroplacental hematoma clot and suffering from brown discharge in this situation stitches is possible r not.

It is possible. The question is whether should be done or not? For sure only examining gynec can decide but I would suggest second opinion as from what you have written I would be against taking the stitch.
