Can I use dettol (the one that says you can use it for personal hygiene and midwifery) after diluting in water to wash down there for vaginal yeast infection? I don?t know for sure if it is the infection, I am experiencing this for the first time. It?s burning, unbearable itching, redness, swollen, and white clumps of vaginal discharge (not sticky or liquids, it?s thick) i?m on birth control pills.

No dettol is not good. Use vwash or intiwash instead.

Birth control pills increases vaginal secretions, but if itching is there it indicates infection so please use candid v6 vaginal pessary at night (to be kept in vagina for 1 week. And for washing you can use savlon or vwash for daily purposes. Don't use dettol it will cause itching and burning.

no yeast infection needs yeast infection treatment not Dettol because that area is already insured which is burning and irritated if you use this kind of chemicals or even vaginal washes what happens it tend to burn even more and healing will be delayed
