Rheumatoid arthritis since 8 yr, on medicine methotrexate 15 mg, hcqs, lefno. Folic acid 10 weakly, mouth ulcer for last due to medicine, what take for this, need increases folic acid?

Try increasing folic acid to 5 mg once daily, except on the day of folitrax. If you still continue to have ulcers, consult your rheumatologist. If you have skin rashes or loose stools along with oral ulcers, then stop medication and consult your rheumatologist immediately.
