Hi, i'm 29 married. Wife age 27. We have been trying to conceive for the past few months. I have a tight frenulum due to which im not able to fully retract the foreskin above the penis head. So during intercourse im able to insert only the penis head maybe little portion below the head & also im seeing most of the sperm is coming out of vagina during ejaculation. Is there chances of conceiving in this case? Thank you!
