Respected sir/maam, i'm a student preparing for iit jee exam. I have permanent headache from last 3 years. It occurs daily 24 hours � 7 days and i'm so depressed due to my headache as it occurs daily. I feels it as my forehead is stretching, eyes are heavy and then my overall efficiency gets down. It also pains in left and right portion of head. Will taking of ((topirol25 )) and ((napra d250)) helpful? As previously i've medicated with stalopam 10 mg and ciplar la40 but these medicines didn't put any effect on me. Pls help me sir/maam. My exam is to approach and i'm worried due to my my permanent headache.
