I am having itching problem and its spreading from both leg to hand .i seems its enzyme. I use quadriderm ointment on it but for few hour it is helpful but after that it again start itching very badly .and some time it seems to like burning .pls suggest medicine and precaution.

Hi! itching is a very generic symptom in dermatology. It is due to various reasons depending on the age, sex, skin type ,environmental changes like air ,water ,internal health issues etc. Only depending on the cause ,we can suggest proper treatment ,which can be done after thorough examination. For time being continue avil to control itching and use moisturising cream like nivea or vaseline on the body for soothing effect. Avoid dust, cool or too hot temperatures, preservative and coloured foods like biscuits ,chips, tomato ketchup etc which can trigger allerg.
