I'm 34 years old, had positional vertigo 10 days back, I did epley's maneuver, did vomit and felt alright after that. Took homeopathy drops - conium maculatum 30 (2 times) to reduce further vertigo. Since then I have rapid heart beat, involuntary body movement above waist level. Vertigo stopped. Below tests conducted. Ecg- 1st time normal and after a week there was (prolonged qt above 140), but 2d echo normal. Bp normal. Blood test - low rbc count- 4.05 mcv - 108 mch - 36. Thyroid tsh - 7.15 (hypo) lipid n sugar normal. Cholesterol hdl - 38 ldl - 104.4 I do not think my issue is with heart n want to avoid holter test. Could somebody tell me reason for heart palpitations and body tremors please.

Hi lybrate-user, see as per your results, you are having high tsh levels in blood. It indicates you are having hypothyroidism, so all these symptoms which you are experiencing is a part of that thyroid issue only. The thyroid hormones fluctuations can also prompt yo feel like palpitations and tremors. Thankyou.
