We are trying to conceive since 2 years, but not been able to. I am taking hypothyroidism medicine since 9-10 years. I got follicular study done, my follicle got ruptured at 15 mm. There was a polyp detected last year, but it went off after periods. During follicular study, again they detected a polyp. So the doc is suggesting d&c. I have a simple cyst in one ovary which has come in all sonographies in the last 1 year amh is 0.7, hb1ac is 6.4, weight was 90 kg, now have reduced it to 86 kg in the last 3-4 months by diet. Periods are regular in 27-28 days. Age is 35 years. Why am I not able to conceive. Please help. Also for the first time, I got periods 10 days early (in 18 days) this month. Could it be due to met pco care which doctor has started a month ago. Earlier I was taking glycomet since 1 year.

Your blood sugars need to be controlled. Also weight reduction is important. Since your AMH is rather low, I would suggest you go in for Assisted reproductive techniques at the earliest
