I have gurgling sound in whole upper abdomen and below chest. I am also burping a lot and after burping gurgling sound comes from throat. I feel discomfort and bloating in above abdomen. I sometimes have chest pain and shortness of breath. I am also passing more gas than before. I have pain around my navel. I am having constant weakness in my body. I am suffering from this from around a month. What could be the issue.
