I have been on depot provera but it is now out of stock so they put me on nu isterate. I just want to know how different it is from depo? Also i'm taking omeprazole and propranolol. Will this affect nu isterate?

Nu isterate has a shorter duration of action than depot provera so needs to be taken every two months. It has no interactions with the drugs mentioned. Taking too many doses of these injectible contraceptives put you at risk of osteoporosis. So after some doses, better to go for some other method.
