Hello mam I am 32 years old and having pcod since 5 years. I am taking glyciphage 500 mg twice daily and apcod sachet twice daily. Also talking herbal medicine made of rose petals for irregular periods. I have ordered vaama and myra also from amazon my question is 1) can I take vaama and myra along with the allopathic medicine and herbal medicine 2) it's been 6 months using apcod sachets can I continue its use further for 3 more months or stop it.
