Hi my son is 2.5 years old and he will not eat properly. I give him zincovit syrup 200 ml as per Dr. suggestion 2.5 ml. Pl advice how many days I will give?

For his age, a dose of 5 ml providing 20 mg would be ideal and a course of 14 days suffices for a period of 3 months.

Hello lybrate-user, you have not mentioned your son's current weight & height to determine whether he is underweight or ht is also affected by poor eating. Birth weight is also needed to know whether current growth parameters r normal or not. If he is v active, does not get tired easily, does not fall sick repeatedly, & ht &wt r normsl for his age, do not worry abt his food. At his age, it should be a demand schedule. And pl, make sure that he eats home made healthy food.
