I have observed decrease in my breast size. I have lost 2 kg but my breast size has never reduced with my fluctuating weight. Im 22 years old .from past 3-4 days i'm experiencing pain in right breast near nipple and areola. I have noticed a cut in the skin and the pain is exaggerating sometimes while walking, jumping or running. May you was let me know what os the issue and what to do.
