Sir I have a constipated in many years when I am take delcoflex tablets or pinlic syrup than I am going to toilet otherwise not plzz tell my the solution if I am not take piclin syrup or tablet than I am passing the very hard stool it causing the fissure plzz suggest some natural way bcoz medicine is not good to take long time even fruits not help me.

plenty of liquid n water 2.5-3.ltrs. add salad two times before lunch and dinner. you can take green leafy juice made with spinach, tulshi, bathuwa, coriender, mint,tomato, beetroot , carrot, whatever available u can cruch, strain or take as purey add salt, lemon, if not diabetic add jaggery make it palatable according to taste use regularly. in piles locally apply anovate oint by index finger on butthole than inside anus over anal MUCOSA two times a day for three weeks. ok
