I had unprotected sex and I took meprate 10 mg for 2 days and within 24 hours I took unwanted 72. Should I need to worry about pregnancy? I'm also a pcod patient.

Meprate won't help in this situation. Since you have taken the unwanted within 72 hours there's protection but not absolute. But there's nothing else to do now except wait for periods.
