You have to show a orthopaedic surgeon who does spine surgeries, your are much younger so do not neglect or delay, it may be due to fall from height or other pathologies of spine like tuberculosis, we have to see whether the vertebral compression is stable or unstable and proceed further with all reports in hand, thanks.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, it is very important for you to understand that fracture at t4 vertebra is not a joke. It is very important to get a never done and get yourself evaluated through an orthopaedic surgeon about any neurological test which is developing or might be developing and you would not be aware of it. Neurological deficit means that your motor power and sensory power of limbs are getting reduced from their normal capacity. This can eventually lead to weakness in limbs both upper and lower. If your injury is limited to t4 vertebra only injury would be most likely effecting upper limbs and visceral organs. You must get an mri screening done for your whole spine region and consult it with a orthopaedic surgeon or a neurosurgeon to get a genuine opinion thank you.
