Hello, 1. You can start wid a. Chandraprabha tablets 2 tablets twice a day b. Kumari asav 2 tsp twice a day with warm water tak d above medicines for 1 month and give your reply, so that next medication can b suggested. 2. Avoid spicy food, maida items, fermented food.
