We have been using lidocaine (toplap gel) for painless sex for few months. Applying it on vagina and doing the intercourse. Does it affect our fertility and make us not getting pregnant? Does it have any effect in the sperm ejaculated inside the vagina? Like making the sperm infertile or killing the sperm? Please suggest us any good cream for painless sex and safe for fertility. Thanks in advance!

Applying lignocaine gel is not recommended if you are trying for pregnancy. Use lubic gel instead for lubrication.
