Can platelets slowly decrease due to liver problem my sgpt 95 and mild fatty liver my platelets was 235000 in 25 december now 155000 today.

Listen no any relationship between liver n platelet count. One is organ of g I t, other in blood. Liver produce bile n other. Add citrus fruits means lemon, orange mausambi gooseberry kiwi. Slowly it increase your platelet. Diet must be changed other wise liver enzyme raised. Best is consult a diatician once only they give you chart.
