Can I use pilex from himalaya for piles I think I have 3 grade piles and I apply anovate daily so should I start taking these tablets and how should I take these tablets please prescribe. And I am 18 years old girl I feel that my stools are not going properly I have push while popping and I sometimes feel sharp pain in stomach is it gas or something.

For avoiding piles first thing is to avoid constipation. So take a good stool softner what ever suits you. You can try isabgol 2 tsf daily at bedtime. Avoid taking medicines by yourself. For that show to an experienced surgeon. For initial stages of piles, you may not require surgery.

Grade 3 piles should be treated by an operative intervention and treating it by tablets can be ineffective.

You can have syp duplalac 1 teaspoon at bedtime to help you with the constipation and straining. Drink plenty of water and have food rich in fiber, fruits and vegetables. I am sorry, I can't comment on tab pilex. You can use anovate just before and after passing stools and once at bedtime.

Third stage piles will not respond to the treatment you are taking . You need specific Ksharsura treatment to get rid off this problem with out surgery. Thnx
