I am dinesh and I am 22 year old. I have masturbation problem in my teenage from 2014-2019. And in that age where everything have to grow like muscle, bone density, and overall good relationship I have listed connection to everything and totally devasted. Actually in that period from 2014-2019 I have listed so much wait and everybody in our surroundings says it's due to age matter. Nobody identified my problem include me. I looked like alien and when it came to know that I have lived quarter of my life on one damn thing. And in 2020 I have masturbated 8 times and 28 wet dreams (nightfall).in 2021 5 times masturbated 33 times nightfall acquired. But in 2014-2019 it's been more than I think. So in this age I am not looking like normal kid. I want to regain my body strength and I want back to myself who I was in my backstage before puberty. Even in this january I have 5 times nightfall acquired like wet dreams. More than that I need solution to stop wet dreams and nightfall. Even if I quited masturbation nightfall (wet dreams) acquired oftenly. I have lots of commitment to do in my life. Eventually I done something wrong and I have to wait for my body to get cure. I have patience in me, I want solution for my body to attain the normal like before ever I feelded. I have big dreams to chase and I want to be myself the person I have never experienced before and who lasted his life in the period of adulthood.

Masturbation once or twice a week is better more will lead to health issues. Take healthy food and do exercise daily. Practice yoga and meditation this will ease your life. Avoid pornography. Exposure to pornography may trigger the desire to masturbate. Stay active. It can be helpful for a person to find ways to occupy their time that does not trigger the desire to masturbate. Spend more time with others. Take eggs /banana /milk daily in your diet take acid phos 30 twice daily and revert back after 2 weeks.
