Hello doc. I am a 21 year old female. I have pcos. I had my withdrawal bleeding from taking meprate 10 mg for 5 days as prescribed by a gyno and today was the 14th day of my this cycle. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, but he pulled out before ejaculating both the times. I also took an ipill within 3 hours of intercourse. A few hours after taking the ipill, I saw clear, stretchy and sticky discharge in my panties. Am I ovulating? Can I get pregnant? Please help.

Yes that means you are ovulating. But since you have taken the Ipill, bleeding should start in 10 days. You can take another if 24 hours haven't passed

If you have taken ipill then highly unlikely that you will conceive. But since the effectiveness is around 87-95 percent it is always safer to check for pregnancy in case you have missed periods. Though you have pcos in some cycles ovulation may happen and is often unpredictable.

You have taken adequate precaution so do not worry. Whether you have conceived or not can also be said with guarantee if your period does not come on time and you test positive. I do not think that is likely to happen.
