I am under thyroid medicines for the past 15 years right now I am taking 125 mg of eltroxin my tsh level is 13.5 when checked last time. From past one my periods are not regular. So went for a scan that shows there is a cyst in my adrenal glands. Left side. Right now I am not taking any treatment for this. How to proceed further please guide me. Which Dr. to consult.

Your tsh is still very high. Your eltroxin dose needs to be increased. Consult an endocrinologist for both your problems.

The dose of eltroxin needs to be increased fr the cyst in adrenal gland connect with an endocrinologist the reason fr irregular periods cud be deranged thyroid.

First u have to control your thyroid levels high thyroid levels cause irregular periods for ur adrenaline problem better to consult endrocrinologist thyroid also
