My son aged 9 has been having stomach aches for almost 5 months. The pain started as once a month, then once a week and now almost everyday. The stomach pain is not severe .it is sometimes mild and sometimes moderate. He has acid reflux also at times. We consulted a doctor and he prescribed pantodac 20 and omnicef o. However, I got an information that these medicines are not for small children. Is it so? Is it safe to give them? We did an ultrasound also .it showed mildly enlarged lymph nodes in stomach.
