Natural egg membrane (nem) helps you to reduce stiffness according to different studies. You can take hcqs and nem as advised. Need to be careful with hcqs and methotrexate. Do a periodic eye check up if you are on hcqs and your blood counts every 6- 12 weeks if on methotrexate. How much is your dose for methotrexate and hcqs?

Hello. Honestly. I don't know what is the indication of egg membrane capsules in your cases. I am a rheumatologist and I have never seen anyone prescribe it. Please connect with your doctor and ask him if you have any concerns regarding that. You must take the medications hcqs and methotrexate as prescribed as these are basic drugs to control ra. Please also understand that these drugs need at least 6 weeks to act.
