Hello lybrate-user normal random blood sugar level in our body is less than 120 mg/dl, normal fbs is less than 100, normal ppbs is less than 200. Diabetes is a lifestyle disease. Bad dietary habits and sedentary lifestyle are d basic reasons other than genetic. If you have a family history of diabetes your chances of having diabetes in d future increases so you have to do regular blood tests to have an early diagnosis so dat early measures can be taken.
