Down syndrome has no treatment but in down syndrome, there are different degrees so they are managed differently. A screening test is not definite test it only gives you statistical chances. You have options of definete test and if positive in definete test termination of pregnancy till 24 weeks of pregnancy. Discuss all in detail withh your obstetrician.
