Hi, im 41 years and in 2019 I have delivered my first baby, 2021 I had suffered a miscarriage after 2.5 months of pregnancy. But from past 4 years I have been suffering from few issues like constipation, increased frequency in urine and little amount, and menstruation cycle is prolonged to 9/10 days instead of usual 7 day period, sometimes spotting between cycle, painful intercourse, bloating gas in stomach in morning. I had an ultrasounds during pregnancy and even during second pregnancy and it was all normal. What could be the cause? Should I i ask doctor for tvus.
