My wife is pregnant of 3+ months and she has the problem of vomiting and stomach ache on regular basis also she is suffering from sever gastro problem. Now a days we are giving her doxylamine succinate with pyridoxine hydrochloride and folic acid. Please ensure about her safety.

Vomiting is quite commonly seen in early pregnancy. You can continue the treatment you are taking you can also add antacid like mucaine gel 2 tsf thrice daily as required to be taken before meals.

if the vomitting is very frequent check with a doctor. she may need iv fluids. else the medication are fine

If vomiting is excess she might require hospital admission. She can take frequent small meals. Walk after every meal. Avoid spicy and oily. Be hydrated.
