I am of 34 years, with 3 kids of c-section. I was diagnosed with ovarian cyst 5 years back, for which we had the open surgery and got removed. Now again I got diagnosed with cyst of 9 cm. Gynaecologist is suggesting for lupride injection for 3 months.

Since the cyst is too large to remove laparoscopically and you are likely to have adhesions from previous surgeries which will make open surgeries difficult, it's better to go for medical treatment.
