I am 21 years female my lower abdominal pain and bloating. Whenever I wake in morning I feel stomach pain and need to pass stool. Sometimes I cannot complete the sleep .after passing I get relief from stomach pain. Then after one or two hours again I feel to defecate but stool is not coming or sometimes it comes. It is for nearly 2 months. Stool has also white specks sometimes. What is the problem? Any serious problems I am worried ?can suggest to avoid this symptoms?

Dear ma'm you are experiencing digestion issues. Some things will help you, 1.a little change in food timing-last meal eat least 3 hours before going to bed (lying down). 2. What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
