20y, f more details about the presenting complaint: severe pcos from 2019. History of fainting/ getting unconscious several times since october 2021 at a gap of 15/20 days. Last time she got fainted was 7 days back. Lower abdominal/abdominal pains. Fatigue. More concerned about the fainting part, she does not feel the balance and falls.
