Age 29, weight 82 kg, unmarried. On sep 2020, I was diagnosed with chronic prostatitis with symptoms blood in semen, blood in urine, pain radiating from rectum to penis, fever with chills and also started feeling bone pain. I took antibiotic treatment for one month. Still my psa got raised from 2 ng/ml to 3.06 ng/ml. Fever with chills continued for whole year and with time also feeling bone weakness. Now on sep 2021, I got blood in urine again. Urine report showed 100 rbc isomorphic. Now since 25 days I am continuously getting low fever with chills sometimes, pain in lower back, abdominal pain ,pain in rectum and unusual feeling in rectum and pain in nearby penis on left side pubic bone and pain while riding bike and sitting. I did serum psa 5 days ago it was 0.89 ng/ml. Yesterday I did mri pelvis, it showed reduced size and signal in left seminal vesicles indicating chronic seminal vesiculitis. Do my all problem occurring since 25 days related to seminal vesiculitis. What is treatment for it?
