It's been more then 2 months that I am getting hell headaches because of which I am not able to work. I tried contacting many doctors and the medicine are working. But whenever I am watching my laptop or mobile for more then 30 minutes in a go, my head gets struck and feel pain at the back of my head and on front areas above my eyes. It's soo intense that I am not able to think logically. As I am a working professional this is making an issue for me. This is because my brain gets struck or I get head ache and then I can't do anything. I don't know if it's a headache or something with my brain can someone suggest me something. I tried contacting 3 doctors for the same but all I am getting is medicine for headache. It is working but I think the problem is something else and not just headache.

Dear lybrate-user what you are facing is a very common problem with excess screentime. Of course the treatment would be to reduce screentime. However, ince your work involves excess screentime, use the 20: 20 rule. Every 20 minutes, you must look away at an object at leats 20 fet away for at least 20 seconds. Also, too much screen time causes dry eyes which can result in eye pain and headaches. You may use artificial tears 3-4 times a day. That will help. Of course, all this advise is subject tio the fact that you have got your vision checked and its alright. Hope this helps.
