I am able to have penetrative sex only if I use emla 2.5 numb cream. I used it for 4-5 times. But whenever I try to have penetration without emla cream I am unable to do so. Although without emla cream I am able to insert 2 fingers in vagina without pain. But when it comes to penis it won?t go inside with emla numb cream. Please let me know is their any thing such as diazepam suppositories or any other muscle relaxant would help because I don?t want to use emla cream anymore as it cause itchiness, burning, rashes afterwards. Please let me know.

Hello- vaginal spasm (vaginismus) is a condition which affects a woman's ability to engage in any form of vaginal penetration, including sexual penetration, insertion of tampons, and gynecological examinations. Generally, you can use warm semen to massage your vagina since semen contains a lot of prostaglandins to help with tissue relaxation. A warm vaginal stimulation can induce vaginal blood circulation and trigger prostaglandin and androgen hormone synthesis. Or, use a warm vaginal dilator to emulate a hot penis. You can buy a medical vaginal dilator and then heat it up with warm water. Apply vip cream to your vagina and then insert the heated dilator into it gradually. If you use semen, you'll need pregnancy protection if you don't want to get pregnant.
