I am 31 years male. Suffering from diabetes (hyperglycemia). Also constipation from last 2 months. Dr. Suggested me pocoguard plus (sugar free) laxative. Since then also constipation is not cured. No pooping for 2-3 days. Then doctor suggested me lactifiber plus. Is it safe for diabetic person?
