I am suffering from deficiency of vit d i. E 8 two months ago, but now my level is back to normal i. E. 38. But still I'm felling tiredness, fatigue and body pain. What time it will take to bring my body back to normal? Felling very low and depressed. My tsh is also diagnosed 4.8 scho, is it alarming! Does I am suffering from fibromyalgia for sure or not! please reply I'm in deep trouble!

U need vitamin d supplimentation for recovery from vit d deficiency. Consume vit d rich food eg fish oils, fatty fish, mushrooms, beef liver, cheese, egg yolk, codliver oil . Daily exposure to the sunlight for 30 min is essential. Hope this helps u.
