Hi my age is 57 yrs, I don't have any medical issue, in feb' 21 I am covid positive in very low percentage, but after a cavity my skin is very dry and dual, what should I do for my skin (for shining)

Moisturize frequently. Coconut oil and glycerine are good options. Avoid sudden changes in temperature or humidity. Avoid sweating or overheating. Reduce stress.
